If you want to build a successful vlog, or just about anything, the one thing that matters is to be consistent.
It is not about the frequency
Being consistent isn’t about the frequency. You can decide to publish one vlog a day, a week, or even a month. It doesn’t matter.
But what matters is when you say you will show up regularly according to a pre-defined schedule, you jolly well show up.
Many vloggers are unsuccessful because they are inconsistent. Not sticking to a pre-defined schedule hurts your chances of being discovered and remembered.
The competition is stiff and if you show up only as and when you feel like it, then this has better be just a hobby not a business.
What I’ve learned
It’s been a week since I’ve made the commitment to publish daily and already I am seeing results!
Higher engagement, more views, and also social proof!
Check out @melvyndotme 's new daily blog. Good inspiration for how well you can do.
