Truth is, life is full of ups and downs. It is just not possible to be always happy.
As a vlogger, my primary goal is to share my message with you through the creative use of moving pictures. In keeping with the need to make my videos interesting, I choose the best part of my day to share it with you.
That, however, can be misinterpreted that I am living my dream life. Or that I am always happy.
That is not the case.
Three ways to deal with issues
1. Get it out
I get out and go for a run whenever I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
That is, by far, the most effective way for me to get it out of my system.
Somehow, getting more oxygen into my body works most of the time.
2. Talk it out
I speak to my wife about my issues. I tell her what I am thinking, how I am feeling, and I share with her what I think my options are.
Sometimes she would point out the obvious. Other times, she turns Socratic on me and that leads me to find the answers to solve the problems.
3. Document it
This is my latest technique of dealing with issues. I turn on the camera and start speaking to it. The benefit of it is I get to create a piece of content that I can now share with my audience.
And this is what I’ve started to do.
